How do I know my order was received?

Once an order has been successfully placed you will receive a Order Confirmation email. In addition, you can check the status of a confirmed order by clicking the orange ORDER HISTORY button at the top right. 

When will my order ship?

All orders are expected to ship out by September 26th, 2025. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available. 

Where can I check the status of my order?

All orders placed with your account can be found by clicking the orange ORDER HISTORY button at the top right of the website. Order history can also be found in your profile page.

What should I do if I need to cancel an Order?

An order can be cancelled if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Due to the efficient and speedy ordering process, many orders begin production the day they are received.

Shipping

Each order will have a flat $10.00 Handling Fee plus a Shipping Cost. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the item(s) and the shipping address. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. 

Can I Return or Exchange something that didnt fit?

We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to additional fees to cover return shipping and restocking.

Fees for Exchanges:

  • For exchanges involving apparel size changes, any additional costs due to size differences will be applied to the order.
  • All exchanges incur a $15 restocking fee.
  • In addition to the restocking fee, there will be a Handling fee ($10) plus shipping costs that will apply. Shipping costs will be determined based on the item’s weight & shipping address.

What if something is damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or incorrect items in your order, please notify us within the 7-day window, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please reach out to MAA Concierge at maa@brandwellpromo.com to report the issue.

What if my package is Lost or Missing an item?

If your package has not been delivered by the anticipated delivery date, or if items are missing from a delivered package, you must notify us within 7 days of the actual or anticipated delivery date. Please reach out to MAA Concierge at maa@brandwellpromo.com to report the issue.
